Privacy Policy: Any and all personal information you send is strictly confidential. We will not use your information for any purpose other than emailing your order, or about our site. Your information will never be sold or disclosed.
Return Policy: Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final except in the case of an incorrect pattern.
Price: Our patterns cost $6.00 USD each, if you opt for electronic shipping. If you opt to have hard copies mailed to you, the price per pattern is $15.00. Hard copies are only available to U.S. postal addresses only.
Shipping Policy: We ship online, and through the postal system. Hard copies cost more..
Online Shipping: Your pattern will be emailed to you in a zip file containing a picture of the pattern in virtual stitches, and the pattern in PDF format. Your pattern will print on multiple pages, for ease of reading. I try to ship within 72 hours, not including weekends and holidays. If you have not received your order within one week, please email me to let me know.
Copyright: Please remember that these patterns, just like the artwork they are created from, are copyrighted material. You may not print out these patterns more than once, and only for your own personal use. If you need to reprint an individual page due to destruction or wear, that is acceptable within reason. You may save the pattern(s) to disk. You may give away or sell the pattern as long as you destroy any copies you may have of it. This is what is stated about copyright at http://web.uccs.edu/library/copyright/faq.htm:
"Infringement is a violation of civil law. The punishment is a law suit and/or an injunction. An injunction is a judicial process restraining a person from a wrongful act (such as exhibiting or selling an infringed work of art), or compelling restitution to an injured party (such as a public statement of apology, payment of damages, etc.) Note that statutory damages for copyright infringement can be anywhere from $200-$100,000, depending on whether the infringer is deemed innocent or willful."
